Registration Rates depend on the preferred room type. If you plan to share a room, please let us know your preferences by filling out this form.

Bus transportation to and from the venue at Loon Lake Lodge will be provided from Vancouver (Olympic Village Skytrain Station). You can choose your options using the Registration and Bus Options button above.
Koerner Lodge (main building – 16 rooms)

Johnson and Pan Abode Cabins (16 + 10 rooms, respectively)

Payment information

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include 5% GST or 8% PST. Taxes are added to purchase at registration.

All registrations are subject to the conference Terms and Conditions.

Payment is made through our secure online payment gateway via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Please use the billing address on the card statement to avoid processing errors.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received more than 28 days prior to the conference will incur an administrative fee of $35 CAD. Cancellations received 7 to 28 days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the invoice plus an additional $35 CAD administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 7 days of the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing.
